CrewCalc helps film and television crew check daily turnaround, calculate an earliest legal call or latest legal wrap, and reference supported agreement rules.

Using CrewCalc
Check Turnaround
Enter the wrap time, next-day call time, and required minimum turnaround. CrewCalc shows the calculated turnaround and whether it meets the entered requirement.
Earliest Call and Latest Wrap
CrewCalc Pro can calculate the earliest legal call from a wrap time, or the latest legal wrap from a call time. Zone travel can be included where applicable.
Agreements and weekend turnaround
Supported agreement information is provided as a reference. Always confirm the applicable, current collective agreement, regional rule, production terms, and any exception that may apply to your work.
Subscriptions and purchases
Restore a purchase
Open CrewCalc Pro and select Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Manage or cancel a subscription
On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Select CrewCalc to view, change, or cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple.
Purchase trouble
Check your internet connection, then try Restore Purchases. If the problem continues, contact support with a screenshot of the message shown in the app.
Data and accuracy
CrewCalc stores your presets and selected agreement preferences locally on your device. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Important: CrewCalc is an informational planning tool. It does not provide legal, payroll, labour-relations, or contract interpretation advice, and it does not calculate pay or penalties. Verify all results against the current applicable agreement and your production's specific terms.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my result differ from a call sheet?
Confirm the entered wrap/call times, required hours, zone-travel settings, agreement selection, and whether an exception or production-specific rule applies.
Can I share a calculation?
CrewCalc Pro includes a share option for sending a plain-text calculation report through the standard iOS share sheet.
How can I report a bug or suggest a feature?
